“We haven’t seen that rapid acceleration in warming after 2000 that we see in the models. We haven’t seen that in the observations.”
Myles Allen, professor of geosystem science at the University of Oxford and one of the authors of the paper, said:
Climate Change Picture worth a 1000 words two dash lines show the time slice used for current climate model of global warming. Does anything come to mind for you? Such a small time slice will inhertly ignore long term trends and cycles which is now coming to light that the sun is a major factor. In other words if the sun catches a cold the earth sneezes!!!
If you look at this single picture one can easly see that correated temperatures of industrial time frame with sun activity uptick in terms of sunspots.
